The Operetta
One of the many operettas performed at Lunenburg Academy was the 1959 production of the Highwayman. Scribbler staff wish to apologize for the incorrect date posted in the 2016 newsletter. We are happy to share the photo from the Seagull with the names of those in the cast. What fun memories these pictures conjure in the hearts and minds of students who graced the third floor stage in the assembly hall.

The repurposed, iconic Lunenburg Academy, a national historic site and provincial property has undergone extensive renovations and houses a diverse set of tenants.
Visible for miles around, it is an outstanding landmark and focal point for the Town of Lunenburg and the South Shore, encouraging local economic development and tourism.
There is currently one space available on the first floor for lease- Room 101. Rent includes electricity, heat, parking, snow removal, and common area janitorial services.
