The Town of Lunenburg is accepting Expressions of Interest from potential café operators to operate a café at the Lunenburg Academy, 97 Kaulbach Street, Lunenburg, N.S.
The objective of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) is to facilitate Parties to express their interest in leasing the space allocated for the café (Room 101 of the Lunenburg Academy) and being the owner and operator of the café business. The successful applicant will operate the café under a Lease Agreement with the Town of Lunenburg.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit their Expressions of Interest Submissions to the Town by no later than 2:00 p.m. June 14, 2019 to be accepted. Those submissions received after said time will be returned to the submitter.
The Town reserves the right to accept or refuse any Expressions of Interest as, in its sole discretion, deems fit in keeping with the Request for Expressions of Interest terms and conditions.

The deadline for submissions is June 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
Email submissions will not be accepted. Interested parties must mail or drop-off their Proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Lunenburg Academy Café - Expression of Interest Submission” to:
